On 11/2/2008 members of the Platte Valley & Western Club met at one of the members house and had a special "Rock Slide in Gore Canyon" theme night. All California Zephyr traffic is rerouted over the UP. No fewer than 7 Zephyrs showed up for the event. There was no one place all could be posed in a single picture. A BLI wet dream.
